Jason Wagstaffe
J.P., FAIHS. AFIEAust. COSHProf. MAIOH
Jason, has over 30 years of experience in Work Health and Safety, Event Safety and Risk Management throughout Australia across a wide variety of industry sectors including mining, construction, manufacturing, infrastructure, logistics, hazardous facilities and agriculture.
Jason has wide-ranging experience in forensic incident investigation and reporting that includes workplace fatalities, workplace serious injuries and near hits as well as injuries and incidents that occur in the civil/public liability domain.
Jason is an AS ISO 45001 lead auditor registered with Exemplar Global and still maintains underground coal mine practicing certificates for ventilation auditing, dust explosion control measures auditing., working as a Ventilation officer and Undermanager.
Jason who is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Health and Safety and an Associate Fellow of the Institution of Engineers Australia, represents Engineers Australia on the Standards Australia Technical Committee OB-007 Risk Management as well as representing the Risk Management Institute of Australasia on the Standards Australia Technical Committee BD-094 Slip resistance of flooring.
Jason holds a Masters in Work Health & Safety, a Graduate Diploma in Mineral Resources in the Field of Minerals Industry Risk Management, a Graduate Diploma in Mine Ventilation and an Associate Diploma in Engineering.
